She is an internationally accredited TRE® provider based in South Korea and Singapore, conducting TRE® with multinational clients from all over the world, including Koreans from diverse backgrounds. She was trained by Michelle Beck and Meoh Ching Chong, Senior TRE® Trainers in Singapore, and has been a TRE Mentor for the TRE Singapore Certification Program since 2018.

  • TRE® is suitable for anyone wishing to improve their general health and well-being.

    It’s particularly beneficial for those with:

    • Chronic stress, anxiety, or trauma

    • Pain, tightness, or inflammation in the body

    • Dealing with effects of challenging life circumstances, such as financial, family, or work-related struggles

    • Exposure to traumatic events, including accidents, natural disasters, or violence

    All mammals and humans have a natural tremor mechanism that helps release tension and stress. This shaking of the muscles, increases the resiliency of the body because it causes deep relaxation that naturally reduces stress levels. TRE® is a safe and effective stress release technique for most people.

  • Immediately After TRE®:
    Most people describe feeling grounded, relaxed, calmer, and more energetic after their first few sessions. You may also notice a sense of being less reactive to stress or external triggers.

    Over Time (Months of Practice):

    • Physical Relief: Many individuals report improvements in inflammatory illnesses like arthritis, fibromyalgia, IBS, eczema, and psoriasis. Pain relief is also commonly experienced for headaches, migraines, back pain, neck pain, shoulder tension, hip pain, knee pain, tinnitus, and TMJ.

    • Emotional Balance: TRE® helps reduce the intensity of emotions like anger, fear, worry, doubt, and anxiety, leading to better sleep and a greater sense of emotional stability over time.

    • At Work: With regular practice, people often feel more grounded, confident, expressive, and capable in professional settings. They report becoming less defensive and more social, open, and trusting, which enhances workplace interactions.

    • In Relationships: TRE® promotes emotional connection and intimacy, with individuals feeling more present, loving, communicative, caring, and self-empowered. Many also report feeling less reactive, creating healthier and more meaningful relationships.

  • TRE® can be taught as either a simple self-help, tension reduction technique in a physical exercise program OR it can be used as an effective complementary practice when integrated with other treatment modalities by those in the healing professions, including the treatment of PTSD and anxiety disorder recovery.

    Individuals who have physical or psychological/psychiatric conditions that require strict regulation, individuals with fragile psychological defenses, a complex history of trauma or restricting physical or medical limitations should consult their medical practitioner or a Certified TRE Provider prior to performing these exercises.
